We’re scaling fast and looking for an Acquisition Manager to join our fast-growing real
estate investment team. This is more than just a sales role—it’s about connecting with
people, understanding their motivations, and guiding them toward the right solution.

�� What You'll Do
1. Closing Qualified Leads
● Reignite conversations with landowners via calls, texts, emails, and voicemails
● Build trust using NEPQ and Sandler Selling techniques.
● Qualify and re-qualify leads based on their needs, motivation, and timeline.
● Build rapport and relentlessly follow up— the fortune is in the follow-through
2. Lead the Sales Process
● Conduct consultations to understand seller goals.
● Present offers aligned with motivations, handle objections with empathy.
● Use NEPQ questioning to uncover objections and flip to buy-in using powerful
questions
3. Close the Deal
● Present and negotiate cash and double-close offers.
● Secure contract signatures promptly—same-day closing is our goal.
● Facilitate smooth transitions to closing with consistent follow-up.
4. Relationship Building
● Stay in touch with leads to keep our company top-of-mind.
● Sell with empathy and value, not pressure – joint solutions… this is the game
changer.
● Build credibility with case studies and real success stories.
5. Multi-Channel Marketing & Follow-Up
● Engage leads via text, email, voicemail, and more.
● Bring ideas and enthusiasm for trying new outreach methods as we scale
6. Performance & Reporting
● Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets
● Track activity and performance in our CRM
● Provide end-of-day, weekly, and monthly reports
✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
● Proven sales experience—real estate, wholesaling or land acquisition strongly
preferred
● Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls, texts, emails)
● Thick skin—you embrace "no" as part of the path to "yes"
● Experience using NEPQ or Sandler Selling (or willing to learn fast)
● Native or neutral American accent to communicate clearly with US-based sellers
● Strong emotional intelligence and a consultative approach
● CRM proficiency and excellent communication skills
● Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
