Overview

About Us:
We are a small, family owned land investment company that specializes in rural, vacant
land. We are seeking a detail-oriented, sales and administrative oriented assistant to support
our Acquisitions team.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated individual to provide support to our Acquisitions department,
with a focus on call management, lead support, and due diligence assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
● Answer all incoming Acquisition related calls during agreed-upon business hours
● Manage lead intake and create/update records in our CRM system
● Assist with property analysis and due diligence
● Assist with lead follow ups as needed
● Prepare basic purchase agreements and documentation
● Handle general administrative tasks related to Acquisitions
● Monitor and manage Acquisitions general inbox

Requirements:
● Reliable high-speed internet connection
● Personal computer/workspace
● Strong Excel skills
● Professional phone manner
● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
● Enthusiastic about AI and automation – we actively use tools like Claude and ChatGPT,
and our entire team recently invested three months in intensive AI and automation
training

Preferred Qualifications:
● Real estate industry experience
● Familiarity with OpenPhone or similar VOIP systems
● Experience with CRM systems

The Details:
● Schedule: 8:30am – 5pm EST, 40/hr Workweek. Occasional Saturday availability for busy
call days.
● Location: 100% Remote, must have Florida residency
● Compensation: Starting at $20/hour. Annual pay increases based on performance.
Opportunity for commission incentives after 6 months of positive performance.
