Administrative Assistant
We are a boutique marketing/consulting firm outside of Washington, DC is seeking an assistant to help the Executive assistant to the president with various administrative tasks.  This position would set appointments for the president, conduct internet research, help plan and research travel, assist with new software and technology devices, manage email for president and other tasks as they arise.
Located in Washington, DC is a plus.

Qualifications

Must have administrative experience. Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker and be able to handle a variety of tasks. Must be able to work well under pressure and be efficient in meeting deadlines. Bachelor’s degree required.
