Part-Time, Remote Position for an Energetic Person in Eastern or Central Time
We are seeking an individual with an interest in marketing agency life to join our team as an executive assistant and sales assistant to the President and CEO for 10 hours per week.
The responsibilities of this role include:
– Attend all calls with new prospects alongside President and CEO to take diligent notes and assign follow up tasks.
– Manage President and CEO’s calendar and email inbox.
– Manage our podcast-related tasks and coordinate with the production.
– Document processes and procedures for all admin related to the items above.
– Utilize our project management system (Asana) to ensure all tasks and work related to this position remains on track.
The perfect person for this position:
– Is insanely organized and has experience using Asana.
– Is enthusiastic and passionate about marketing agencies and sales.
– Has proven skills with sales processes.
– Resides in eastern or central time zones.
This position is NOT right for you if:
– You prefer that other people manage your schedule and organize your work for you.
– Time management and being efficient is often a struggle for you.
– You get easily distracted when working from home and/or have spotty internet or cell service at home.
– You don’t have access to a computer.
