Job Title: Cold Caller

Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)

Hours: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM CST (Monday – Friday)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products/services, and scheduling appointments or providing relevant information as necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their sales career with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided script.
Introduce company products/services and highlight key features and benefits.
Collect and record pertinent information from calls into CRM system.
Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to sales team.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Attend one weekly team meeting to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and follow a provided script.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and calling software.
Benefits:

Flexible working hours: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM CST (Monday – Friday) to start, with potential for additional morning hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM CST) and weekend shifts if desired.
Opportunity for commission: 10% commission on closed deals, with an average bonus of $1,000.
Provided with calling script, data, and calling software.
Potential for growth: Successful candidates may have opportunities for VA roles, increased pay, and expanded responsibilities based on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills. (We can work on this if needed) Ability to work independently and follow provided scripts. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and calling software (training will be provided). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. Availability to work during the specified hours (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday) with potential for additional shifts if desired. Reliable internet connection and workspace conducive to making calls. Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
