Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to work directly with our Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role will involve providing administrative and executive support across both of our businesses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain our managing partner’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
  • Attend weekly in-person or Zoom meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
  • Assist with email correspondence, screening messages, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between 0ur managing partner and internal team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also functioning well within a team. Experience in the real estate or legal industry is a plus, but not required.
