Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and working independently from home? We’re looking for a reliable, personable Outreach Specialist to join our growing real estate investment company.
This is a flexible, part-time remote position perfect for someone who wants meaningful work they can do around family life.

What You’ll Be Doing-
You’ll be the first point of contact with property owners via:
-Text messaging
-Phone calls
-Email
-Facebook Messenger
You’ll reach out to homeowners to:
-Start warm, respectful conversations
-Ask basic qualifying questions
-Identify those open to discussing solutions
-Schedule follow-up calls for our acquisitions team
This is not a high-pressure sales role. It’s about starting conversations and building rapport.
What We’re Looking For:
-Friendly, confident communicator
-Comfortable making outbound calls
-Strong written communication skills
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Self-motivated and able to manage your own time
-Tech-comfortable (CRM, spreadsheets)
Bonus if you have:
-Inside sales or cold outreach experience
-Real estate knowledge
-Experience working remotely
Schedule & Flexibility:
~20 hours per week
-Flexible schedule (daytime hours required, 8am-8pm EST)
-Results-focused — we care more about consistency than clock-watching
Compensation (Hourly Base + Commission):
-$20/Hour
-12% Commission On Closed Deals
