Overview

We are hiring remote, commission-only Sales Representatives to build a national referral network in the wedding and events industry. We create custom, professionally produced songs for weddings, anniversaries, and milestone moments—music that tells a couple’s story in a way they’ll keep forever.

In this role, you will connect with wedding professionals such as planners, DJs, photographers, florists, and venue coordinators and invite them to become referral partners. You are building professional relationships and creating a partner network that can generate ongoing referrals over time.

You will introduce us, explain how the referral relationship works, and onboard partners using our simple materials and process. When a partner has an interested client, our team will support you and help close the sale on Zoom. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity where your income grows as your partner network grows.

Compensation is commission-based with no caps, and you earn commissions on sales referred by your partners for as long as they remain active. This position can move to a full-time employee role.

Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently Comfortable reaching out by email, phone, and video calls Strong relationship-building skills and professional communication Organized and consistent with follow-up and basic tracking Confidence speaking with wedding and event vendors (or willingness to learn) Sales, business development, or networking experience is helpful but not required Coachability and a positive, resilient mindset are essential Reliable internet access and a computer (Zoom-capable)
