Lead Manager / Appointment Setter

Overview

We are looking for a Lead Manager / Appointment Setter. This person will be following up with leads (both email and/or phone number) to talk to prospective buyers. The leads are generated from various places such as Facebook and land selling web sites.

All property details will be accessed through Airtable with a future transition into Follow Up Boss. Duties include:

– Call every new lead quickly
– Text and email if they don’t answer (this will be replaced by a CRM in the near future)
– Talk to prospective buyers about the land they are interested in. If the buyer seems interested, book a slow through Calendly with our team members.

We like to prioritize speed to lead, meaning the sooner leads are called the better. We will set you up with an email and Google Voice for calling/texting.
