Overview

Client Success Associate

Our fast-growing marketing agency is hiring a Client Success Associate to help our clients feel supported, confident, and genuinely cared for as we help them grow their healthcare practices.

This is not a sales role.
It’s a relationship-driven, coordination-focused role where your organization, communication, and follow-through directly impact real businesses and real lives.

If you love being the reliable glue behind a great client experience—and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive, high-accountability environment—you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

About Us

We help healthcare practices across the U.S. rank in the Top 3 of Google Maps, driving more calls, more website visits, more patients, and predictable growth.

We’re a women-owned,  fully remote team that is:

  • Fast-moving
  • Deadline-driven
  • Results-first
  • Zero drama

We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We collaborate closely, support each other fully, celebrate wins (big and small), and genuinely enjoy working together.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Meaningful, fulfilling work that directly impacts clients’ success
  • A tight-knit, supportive, all-remote team that truly has your back
  • High-trust, high-ownership culture—no micromanaging
  • Clear expectations, strong systems, and collaborative execution
  • No drama, no excuses—just great work and great people
  • A team that works hard, laughs often, and cares deeply about excellence

The Vibe Here
We take initiative.
We don’t say “that’s not my job.”
We communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally.
We follow through.
We own outcomes.

We value people who are proactive, organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
