Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our growing client base by managing data migration and import tasks. This role is essential to ensuring that new clients have a smooth onboarding experience, accurate data setup, and a seamless transition onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and execute data migration processes for new clients, including importing contact lists, student information, historical records, and workflow templates.
-Review, clean, and format client data to ensure accuracy prior to import.
-Run standardized import templates and verify that all required fields are complete.
-Communicate with internal team members to clarify data discrepancies or missing information.
-Maintain documentation of completed imports, notes, and any issues encountered.
-Perform basic administrative tasks as assigned to support client onboarding and internal operations.
-Follow established data security and confidentiality procedures.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with data entry. Experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets preferred). Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, SaaS tools, and file management. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes. Clear written communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Prior experience with data imports or administrative support roles is a plus, but not required.
