We are a speaking experience for entrepreneurs who have a story worth telling but no stage that does it justice. Twelve cast members gather at a private villa in Florida, sharpen their stories together, and each deliver a signature speech that we film and publish online. Our first season takes place in November, and we need a social media lead who can build our audience from the start.

The role
You will own our social media: the strategy, the daily posting and the content calendar across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. You will also work with our Facebook ads team, so the content we make leads to better ads and the ad results lead to better content.

What you will do
Build a social media strategy for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and keep it up to date.
Plan and manage the content calendar, and publish every day.
Write captions, hooks and titles, and brief thumbnails and cover images.
Turn our footage, including cast reveal interviews and speeches, into clips, reels and shorts with our team.
Manage our YouTube channel, including titles, descriptions, playlists and Shorts.
Work with the Facebook ads team: share what performs organically, brief new ad creative, and use ad results to improve our posts.
Reply to comments and messages, and flag people who look like a good fit for Speaker Island.
Send a weekly report on what worked, what did not, and what you will do next.
Keep every post accurate and on brand, following our short guide on what we can and cannot claim.

What we are looking for
Required
3+ years managing social media for a brand, business or creator, with results you can show.
Hands-on experience with YouTube (including Shorts), Instagram (Reels and Stories) and Facebook (Pages and Reels).
Experience building strategies and content calendars, and using a scheduling tool.
Strong writing, and a feel for short-form video hooks.
Experience working with a paid ads team, and an understanding of how ad creative gets tested.
Comfort reading analytics and turning them into decisions.
Reliable, self-directed and a clear communicator.

Nice to have
Experience with personal brands, events, coaching, speaking or media.
Basic video and graphic editing in CapCut or Canva.
Experience cutting long-form video into short clips.

Your first 90 days
Month one: audit our channels, then deliver the strategy and the first content calendar.
Month two: daily posting, a working loop with the ads team, and your first weekly reports.
Month three: double down on what is working and propose the plan for the next quarter.

What we offer
Direct work with the founder, with a say in the strategy.
A chance to build the audience for a new media brand from the start.
