About Us
We are a 50-year-old company serving the oil and gas, construction, and industrial sectors. We have developed a first-in-the-nation technology that connects the familiar oilfield tally book to a smart, AI-enabled system. Our BootBook and BuzzLink products help companies capture real-time insight from workers and customers about safety, performance, and friction in the flow of work.

We are introducing this solution to upstream oil and gas and industrial buyers, with early interest already in the pipeline. This role will help us turn that interest into revenue and build a scalable sales engine.

 

Position Overview
The Founding Sales Partner will follow up on active leads and prospect into new accounts in the upstream oil and gas and industrial markets. You will use LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach, supported by HubSpot, to build relationships, qualify opportunities, and close business.

This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and results.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Follow up on warm leads and target accounts in upstream oil and gas and industrial sectors

·         Prospect decision makers in operations, safety, HR, and leadership roles

·         Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings and opportunities

·         Manage and track all activity, contacts, and deals in HubSpot

·         Help refine outreach sequences, messaging, and basic sales processes

·         Work closely with the founder to provide feedback from the market

 

Requirements

·         Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in oil and gas, industrial services, safety, or HR solutions

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM to manage pipelines and outreach

·         Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and closing

·         Ability to work independently, manage time, and report activity clearly

·         Familiarity with upstream oil and gas or industrial operations is strongly preferred

 

Compensation

·         Hourly base pay

·         Plus, 7 percent commission on all closed sales

This structure is designed so that the primary income growth comes from your success in opening and closing business.
