Sales Representative – Raw Land Sales

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Sales Representative to help more families, retirees, investors, and first-time buyers achieve their dream of owning land. This role is all about building relationships, guiding customers through simple buying steps, and helping them feel confident and secure in their purchase.

You’ll work with warm leads, follow up with interested buyers, and help match them with the right property. Experience in B2C sales, land sales, real estate, or any customer-facing role is helpful. Spanish fluency is a plus, as many of our buyers prefer to speak in Spanish. This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company focused on helping people own land with easy financing.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with leads quickly and consistently to build trust and rapport
  • Help interested buyers understand property details, financing options, and next steps
  • Guide customers through the purchase process from first call to closing
  • Manage your pipeline inside Follow Up Boss (or our CRM) with clean notes, tasks, and updates
  • Answer customer questions with patience, clarity, and honesty
  • Build strong relationships that lead to referrals and repeat buyers
  • Assist buyers with simple paperwork, contracts, and payment plans
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to understand incoming lead flow and customer behavior
  • Learn our inventory and present properties clearly and confidently
  • Track performance, follow daily routines, and continually improve follow-up quality
  • Stay up to date on market areas, comparable properties, and buyer trends

Experience

  • Experience in B2C sales, real estate, land sales, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and building trust with buyers
  • Ability to manage a busy pipeline and stay organized
  • Experience using a CRM (Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn quickly
  • Fluent or conversational Spanish is highly desirable
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a drive to help customers
