seeking a professional, experienced, and highly organized Executive
Administrative Assistant to a busy, speaker, author, coach
and creator.
This remote, part-time permanent contract role includes 15–20 hours per week
with a flexible schedule during business hours. It is ideal for someone who is a
great communicator, proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing a variety
of administrative and project tasks in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate communications, proposals, and follow-ups through Active
Campaign, Calendly, and Zoom
Manage and maintain Diane’s calendar with meetings, appointments and
travel and logistics
Schedule exploration calls, interviews, coaching sessions, and events
Maintain organized systems, spreadsheets, databases and records
Support marketing activities such as social media, newsletters, email
campaigns, and research
Manage Coaching Clients with scheduling and rescheduling,
processes, forms, and certification criteria

Job Overview
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Familiar with Active Campaign, Calendly, Zoom and LinkedIn (or similar
platforms)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently, self-start, and prioritize tasks.
Comfortable working independently in a well-equipped home office
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
