seeking a professional, experienced, and highly organized Executive
Administrative Assistant to a busy, speaker, author, coach
and creator.
This remote, part-time permanent contract role includes 15–20 hours per week
with a flexible schedule during business hours. It is ideal for someone who is a
great communicator, proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing a variety
of administrative and project tasks in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
 Coordinate communications, proposals, and follow-ups through Active
Campaign, Calendly, and Zoom
 Manage and maintain Diane’s calendar with meetings, appointments and
travel and logistics
 Schedule exploration calls, interviews, coaching sessions, and events
 Maintain organized systems, spreadsheets, databases and records
 Support marketing activities such as social media, newsletters, email
campaigns, and research
 Manage Coaching Clients with scheduling and rescheduling,
processes, forms, and certification criteria

Requirements
