Job Overview
We’re looking for a U.S.-based sales agent to handle inbound leads and close land sales.
We sell rural land across the Western U.S. Buyers come to us through our marketing — your role is to respond, follow up, and guide them through the purchase process.
This is a W-2, commission-only position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable earning based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries (text, email, phone)
- Follow up consistently with buyers
- Answer questions and explain properties
- Help buyers move forward with a purchase
- Close dealsin
- Optionally market properties through your own network (e.g., Facebook)
Compensation
- $200 per closed deal (document fee share)
- 15% of net sale price
Payment Structure
- Cash sales: paid at closing
- Financed sales: paid over time as payments are received
Additional Terms
- Commission is based on collected payments only
- Sales agent is responsible for following up on delinquent buyers
- Unpaid or defaulted accounts do not generate commission
- Future unpaid commissions stop upon termination of employment
