Base Pay + Profit Sharing

Job Overview
Requirements
Review, process, and manage all incoming purchase contracts ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions including title searches, zoning, county records, tax status, legal access, and encumbrances
Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and county offices to resolve title issues and ensure smooth closings on both buy and sell sides
Track all contract deadlines, contingency periods, and closing timelines across active transactions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Manage the full closing process on all disposition transactions from contract execution through funding, ensuring all parties are aligned and deadlines are met
Manage the full disposition process including listing properties, marketing across land marketplaces and internal buyer lists, and following up consistently with leads to move deals from contract to closed sale
Research, source, and coordinate with vendors including surveyors, perc testers, brokers, and other third-party service providers as needed to support acquisitions and dispositions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all active and closed transactions in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership
Identify bottlenecks, build checklists and SOPs, and continuously improve internal workflows to keep the operation running efficiently

Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in real estate transactions, acquisition, disposition,wholesaling, sales lead management or a related role.
Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple active deals and deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
