About the Role:
As our Experienced Legal Assistant, you’ll be the operational backbone of our CEO and firm, ensuring smooth operational flow through scheduling management, client coordination, document preparation, and project tracking. This virtual position offers the flexibility of remote work while being an integral part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

Ideal Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a legal office (preferred: plaintiff personal injury law firm) • Comfortable with technology and virtual collaboration tools (including Zoom, G Suite, Adobe) • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • US-based candidates only • Preferred: Central Time Zone location
