About Us
We’re a remote company that helps online business owners and digital entrepreneurs scale with structure by installing a Growth Operating System inside their business.
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive, and detail-driven Operations Assistant to partner closely with our Founder & CEO. This role goes beyond keeping projects organized — you’ll roll up your sleeves to get things done, manage deliverables, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
You’ll act as both the implementer and the organizer — supporting the CEO directly, completing operational tasks, and ensuring key initiatives move forward without delay.
The Role
Your focus will be on execution — taking ideas, priorities, and to-dos and turning them into tangible results. You’ll work side-by-side (virtually) with the CEO to ensure that client work, team communication, and internal operations are all running on time and on target.
Daily Execution & CEO Support
- Conduct daily check-ins with the CEO to review ClickUp task lists and confirm priorities.
- Take ownership of action items — complete or follow through on tasks such as:
- Updating client scorecards, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Drafting emails, updating dashboards, or preparing reports.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings or client deliverables.
- Keep the CEO focused, organized, and moving forward — anticipate needs and remove roadblocks.
- Manage calendar, inbox, and workflow to ensure maximum productivity each day.
Client & Team Operations
- Review meeting notes or transcripts and translate them into clear, actionable tasks.
- Prepare and update weekly client agendas, scorecards, and follow-up communications.
- Support or directly execute portions of client deliverables (e.g., updating ClickUp, managing assets, uploading files, or preparing presentation slides).
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of shared deliverables.
Systems & Process Implementation
- Maintain organized, actionable workflows in ClickUp and Asana.
- Create and update SOPs, process checklists, and task templates to streamline operations.
- Assist in setup and maintenance of tech tools — for example:
- Updating forms and automations in Keap,
- Setting up landing pages in Leadpages,
- Managing files and docs in Google Workspace.
**Identify opportunities to simplify or automate recurring tasks — then implement the solution.**
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in an operational or executive support role in an online business or agency setting.
- Naturally proactive and resourceful — you take initiative, don’t wait for instructions, and figure things out.
- Strong task finisher — you love the satisfaction of completing tasks and checking them off.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills; you can juggle multiple moving parts without dropping details.
- Tech-savvy and confident in tools like ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Comfortable managing up — keeping the CEO accountable and on track in a professional, supportive way.
- Calm under pressure, flexible when priorities shift, and focused on solutions.

Familiarity with these tools is preferred, but the ability to learn new platforms quickly is essential.

Compensation & Growth
- $26–$28/hour, depending on experience.
- 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours and long-term growth.
- Contractor for first 90 days, with potential to convert to employee status.
- 100% Remote – work from anywhere.
