Overview

About Us
We are a physician-led clinic in Charlottesville, VA, helping men and women achieve sustainable weight loss and hormone balance through a personalized, compassionate approach. We believe every patient deserves a calm, professional, and judgment-free experience from their very first contact with us.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a part-time Patient Concierge to help respond quickly to new patient inquiries that come in during evenings (5–10 p.m.) and weekends.

Your job is simple but crucial: when a potential patient reaches out through our website, ads, or voicemail, you’ll follow up within minutes, answer basic questions about services, and schedule consultations using our online booking system. You’ll represent our warmth and professionalism while keeping conversations compliant and pressure-free.

What You’ll Do
Monitor new leads and respond promptly (typically within 10 minutes during shift hours).
Call or text leads using approved scripts and tone guidelines.
Educate potential patients about consultation process, pricing, and what to expect.
Schedule initial visits via our booking platform.
Log interactions in our CRM and flag follow-ups for clinic staff.
Attend brief weekly check-ins with the clinic owner to review lead volume, conversions, and messaging feedback.

Compensation
Commission-based:

$50-75 per confirmed new-patient consultation that shows up.
Bonus tiers available for hitting volume milestones (e.g., 15+ bookings per month).
Average earning potential: $600–$1,200/month depending on hours and performance.

Schedule
Weeknights: 5:00–10:00 p.m. Eastern
Weekends: flexible coverage (typically 10 a.m.–8 p.m. split between two shifts)
Approximately 15–25 hours per week, fully remote.

What We’re Looking For
Friendly, articulate communicator comfortable on the phone and text.
Organized and quick to respond — you enjoy being “on the ball.”
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare coordination, or hospitality a plus.
Must be U.S.-based and comfortable working independently.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use EMR and scheduling tools.

Why You’ll Love This Role
You’ll directly shape first impressions for patients taking a life-changing step.
You’ll work remotely with flexible hours and clear performance incentives.
You’ll join a physician-owned practice that values integrity, empathy, and human connection over pushy sales.
