Creative Strategist (Part-Time / Remote)

About Us:
We’re a performance-driven growth studio that scales brands through creative strategy, paid media, and data-backed experimentation. Our clients span high-ticket education, SaaS, and fintech. We primarily advertise on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and are expanding our creative team to produce high-performing static and video ads.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can think like a marketer, write like a copywriter, and create like a storyteller. You’ll turn deep product and audience insights into thumb-stopping creative concepts — from static ads to short-form video scripts.

You don’t need years of experience — we’ll train you in our frameworks — but you must be sharp, curious, and coachable with a solid foundation in copywriting, content creation, and consumer psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and understand the product, market, and ideal customer profile (ICP) deeply.

Develop creative angles and hooks that resonate with target audiences.

Write ad copy and video scripts that communicate value clearly and persuasively.

Collaborate with media buyers and designers to produce static ads, UGC, and motion creative for Meta campaigns.

Analyze top-performing ads to identify what’s working and why.

Stay up to date on social trends, competitor creative, and platform best practices.

You’ll Excel If You:

Have strong copywriting and storytelling instincts.

Know how to capture attention fast (hooks, first 3 seconds, bold angles).

Are research-driven — you enjoy learning about audiences and products.

Are organized, coachable, and can translate feedback quickly.

Understand (or are eager to learn) direct-response marketing principles.

Have hands-on familiarity with social media ad formats (especially Meta).

Nice to Have (Bonus Points):

Experience using creative research tools (AdLibrary, TikTok Creative Center, etc.)

Basic design or editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Figma)

Familiarity with frameworks like AIDA, PAS, or Eugene Schwartz’s stages of awareness.

Compensation & Details:

$2,000/month (part-time, ~4 hours/day)

Fully remote, flexible schedule
