About the Role
This is a full-time, remote, independent contractor role. You’ll have the freedom of working from home, without the commute, while staying fully available to support couples throughout their planning journey.
A successful candidate will have an outstanding ability to connect, listen, and guide couples with warmth and confidence.
As a Destination Wedding Specialist, you’ll:
– Speak with couples who are exploring an all-inclusive destination wedding in Mexico and the Caribbean.
– Consult, inspire, and engage with them throughout the planning journey.
– Build authentic relationships that make couples feel supported, cared for, and excited every step of the way.

Compensation & Flexibility
– Independent Contractor Role – remote, work from home, full-time availability expected.
– Commission-Based Compensation – earn for every couple you help book their destination wedding.
– Upfront Bonus (“Kicker”) – you’ll receive a portion of your commission soon after the booking is confirmed.
– Majority Paid Later – because weddings are typically 12–24 months away, the larger part of your commission is paid once the wedding actually takes place. This means your earnings build and compound over time, creating a growing pipeline of future payouts.
– No Cap on Earnings – the more couples you book, the more long-term income you secure.
– Travel Perks – as you book weddings, you’ll also earn resort points that can be redeemed for free all-inclusive stays. Most of our specialists end up with enough points to cover up to 2 weeks of all-inclusive vacation for a family of 4 each year.

How to Apply
To apply: Along with your resume submit a short video (2-3 minutes max) introducing yourself and answering these questions:

– Why do you think couples should feel excited to work with you instead of anyone else?
