We’re now looking for an energetic, empathetic, and motivated Sales Development Representative(SDR) to join our growing team and be the front line of communication for new clients looking to start their journey with Moment.

Your Role:
As an SDR you’ll be the first voice potential clients hear. Your job is to help people feel understood, inspired, and confident in taking their next step. You’re not just booking appointments—you’re building relationships, creating trust, and supporting our mission of redefining rehab.

Key Responsibilities:
📞 Call and text inbound leads from our website, paid advertising, referral sources, and more
🔁 Follow up with past inquiries and interested prospects who didn’t convert right away
📅 Set appointments for physical therapy evaluations
🧠 Understand our services so you can speak clearly about what we do (don’t worry, we’ll train you, and if you’ve got nagging injuries, then we can rehab you!)
🫱🏽‍🫲🏼 Collaborate closely with our physical therapists to hand off leads and keep the client journey seamless
✍🏽 Track conversations and outcomes in our CRM (we utilize GoHighLevel and can train you)
🎯 Be proactive in testing new outreach strategies (DMs, text campaigns, referral outreach, etc)

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are personable, warm, and a great listener
  • Have sales experience with customer service, and/or client-facing experience (health & wellness background is a bonus)
  • Communicate clearly via phone, text, and email
  • Are organized and comfortable with simple tech platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, etc.)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Compensation:
Hourly base pay with performance-based bonuses
