Qualifications

QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales, land acquisition, or high-volume outbound sales.Demonstrated ability to handle rejection while maintaining energy and enthusiasm.Exceptional phone communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.Strong knowledge of NEPQ and Sandler Selling System preferred.Empathy-based selling style with consultative approach (not pushy or pitch-driven).Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-contact environment.Must communicate with an American accent to effectively engage U.S. sellers.
