The main objective in this role is to streamline internal workflows, ensure all social media deliverables for clients are met, and see that projects are executed on time and according to client expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Read every client’s brand brief  and contract to understand the number of posts needed to fulfill for each client.
Ensure that the content meets the client’s objective (website visits, events awareness, engagement, etc.)
Ensure that the church’s content matches their culture and voice.
Create high-quality, impactful, professional designs based on client preferences to improve social media engagement.
Develop graphics using colors, layouts, and fonts that maintain the client’s brand consistency and professionalism.
Proof all graphics prior to uploading to avoid errors.
Communicate with other team members when graphics are finished before and after proofing and review.
Ask questions and collaborate with team members to ensure design is aligned with clients expectations.
Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in Social Media role or an associated position Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, and others) is a plus Eagerness to work on multiple initiatives at the same time Solid decision-making skills and a sense of prioritization Experience using Canva. Comfortable working with technology and learning new software programs Strong grasp of english as well as excellent grammar and spelling skills Experience in a marketing agency is preferred. Experience with churches is a plus! Highly organized, and able to work with little direction. Excellent verbal, written and problem-solving skills  Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets)
