Commission Sales Representative – Commercial Christmas Lighting
Location: Remote (Kansas City area focus)
Season: July to December

We are a dynamic small business specializing in commercial Christmas lighting, seeking a motivated Commission Sales Representative to join our team. This remote role focuses on securing new clients for holiday lighting installations on commercial buildings in the Kansas City area, offering flexible hours and the chance to grow with our business while spreading holiday cheer.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and contact building managers, property owners, and maintenance staff to promote our Christmas lighting services.
Make outbound calls to pitch and secure contracts for holiday lighting installations.
Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
Collaborate with clients to recommend tailored lighting solutions.
Provide clear, professional quotes and proposals to clients.
Coordinate with the installation team to meet client expectations.
Stay informed on holiday lighting trends to offer innovative solutions.
Qualifications:

Experience in lighting sales or Christmas lighting design is a plus but not required.
Basic computer and phone skills for virtual communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
