Our current client roster includes executive LinkedIn management, Instagram for lifestyle and personal care brands, and brand storytelling for organizations with heart. We believe in powerful messaging, thoughtful execution, and showing up online with clarity and consistency.
We’re in a season of growth and refinement, and we’re looking for a smart, proactive Content Strategist/Project Manager hybrid to help lead the next chapter.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with our CEO and Operations Lead to:
Lead content strategy development for clients across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Turn brand goals into organized content calendars, creative briefs, and messaging directions
Collaborate with writers, designers, and editors to move projects forward
Manage client timelines and deliverables with precision (we use tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive)
Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends and audience engagement best practices
Join client calls as needed and support client communication with clarity and warmth
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is…
Experienced in content strategy (especially for social media)
Comfortable managing multiple client brands at once
Exceptionally organized and detail-driven
Confident leading internal and client-facing projects
Skilled in translating voice, tone, and vision into consistent messaging
Excited to grow with a dynamic, small but mighty agency
Ideal Experience
3+ years in content marketing, digital strategy, or social media management
Strong writing and editing instincts (you don’t need to be a copywriter, but you get good content)
Familiarity with Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook strategy and analytics
Project management skills (keeping deadlines and creatives on task)
Comfortable using Notion, Slack, Google Docs, Canva, and similar tools
Hours & Growth Path
Part-time to start: 10–20 hours/week
Flexible schedule with some EST overlap preferred
