Experienced Real Estate/Raw Land Sales Manager (Contract, Commission-Based)
Are you a highly motivated and experienced salesperson with a passion for real estate or raw land? Do you thrive on connecting with people and closing deals? We’re looking for a driven individual to join our team on a part-time, contract, commission-based role with significant potential for passive income growth.

Our Mission: We want to make Land Ownership Achievable for Anyone. Join us in helping people achieve their dream of buying land.

Responsibilities:
– Proactively follow up with leads via phone (primary), text, and email using Follow-up Boss.
– Build rapport and establish genuine connections with potential buyers.
– Effectively present the value proposition of our real estate/raw land offerings.
– Guide leads through the sales process to successful closing.
– Maintain organized records of communication and progress in Follow-up Boss.
– Attend a brief (20-minute) weekly strategy meeting with a Managing Partner via Google Meet.

What You Won’t Have to Do:
– No Marketing Required: Focus solely on closing leads! We provide the leads, so you don’t need to worry about generating your own (unless you want to!). We have a list of over 1,000 potential land buyers. All you need to do is call them!
– No Annoying Paperwork: Our dedicated administrative team handles all the necessary paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best – selling.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with excellent earning potential:
– $200 bonus for every closed sale.
– 10% commission on all payments received from the buyer. Most buyers will make term payments of around $200 per month for 5-7 years, in addition to any initial down payment, creating a growing stream of passive income over time.

Example Earning Potential (Illustrative):
Imagine closing just one sale per week. Most buyers will make term payments of around $200 per month for 5-7 years, in addition to any initial down payment. Here’s how your income could grow:

Week 1: $200 (initial bonus) + $20/month in commission FULLY PASSIVE (10% of $200 monthly payment)

Week 4: $800 (initial bonuses) + $80/month in cumulative commission (from 4 sales)

After Five Months (assuming one sale per week consistently): You would have earned approximately $4,200 in initial bonuses (20 weeks x $200/sale). Your passive monthly income from the accumulated commissions would be approximately $400 per month ($20/month/sale x 20 sales). This PASSIVE INCOME will continue to grow with each new sale.

After One Year (assuming one sale per week consistently): You would have earned $10,400 in initial bonuses (52 weeks x $200/sale). Your passive monthly income from the accumulated commissions would be approximately $1,040 per month in PASSIVE INCOME ($20/month/sale x 52 sales).

After Two Years (assuming one sale per week consistently): You would have earned $20,800 (52 weeks x $200/sale x 2 years). Your passive monthly income from the accumulated commissions would be approximately $2,080 per month in PASSIVE INCOME ($20/month/sale x 104 sales).

Qualifications

Qualifications: - Proven experience in real estate or raw land sales is highly preferred. - A genuine and authentic approach to sales with a strong ability to connect with people. Must be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone. 99% of sales will require phone conversations. - Hungry to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage their own time effectively. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable and proficient with using phone, text, and email for communication. - Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Follow-up Boss, is a significant plus. - Experience with Slack, Airtable (for viewing information), and Google Meet is beneficial. - Must be available to make calls primarily within US time zones. - Must be fluent in English. Ability to speak Spanish as well is a plus.
