Lead and Operations Manager

Job Title: Lead Manager & Operations Assistant (Remote – Part-Time)
Location: Remote (U.S. Based Preferred)
Hours: 10–20 hours/week to start, with opportunity for growth
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience

As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable and friendly Lead Manager & Operations Assistant to support our team, help us better serve our clients, and keep our systems running smoothly.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a part-time, remote team member who thrives on great communication and organization. This is primarily a customer service and admin support role, with a strong emphasis on handling inbound and outbound calls, managing leads, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound seller leads via phone, text, and email
Make follow-up calls to warm leads
Keep CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) updated and organized
Schedule property reviews and follow-up tasks
Assist with research, document preparation, and basic operational tasks as needed
Communicate with title companies, notaries, and other vendors as directed
Track and report on lead activity and deal progress
Help improve systems and workflows over time
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable talking on the phone and building rapport with landowners
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Tech-savvy — able to learn new tools quickly (we use tools like Microsoft Office, Notion, Follow Up Boss, Slack, etc.)
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or virtual assistant roles is a plus
U.S.-based and fluent in English
