Remote Land Sales Representative – Commission-Only, Growth Potential
Overview
We believe land ownership should be possible for everyone—not just someday, but right now. Our mission is to empower everyday people to own land by making the process simple, accessible, and affordable. We’ve built our company on integrity, communication, consistency, and a relentless commitment to growth—not just for our customers, but for our team.
We’re not your typical land company. We don’t believe in living to work—we work hard so we can live well. Our team is built on mutual trust, clear communication, and systems that support flexibility and freedom. We don’t do endless meetings or micromanagement. We’ve invested in proven workflows, streamlined communication, and a culture that respects both your time and your potential.
As a sales representative at GPL, you won’t just “take calls” or “follow leads”—you’ll guide real people through one of the most meaningful decisions they’ll ever make: owning land. And you’ll do it in a company that’s serious about its culture, its mission, and your long-term growth.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on human connection and structured support—a warm, confident communicator who builds trust easily, follows through consistently, and values systems that make everyone better. You’re the kind of person who enjoys checking off boxes, documenting conversations, and figuring things out when the path forward isn’t immediately obvious.
You don’t need to be micromanaged—you want a clear process, a strong team behind you, and the freedom to bring your own energy to the table. You care about doing things the right way, and you’re not afraid of hard work when you can see where it’s going. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated by long-term vision, not short-term comfort.
We’re serious about building workflows that empower our people to win. We don’t throw ideas at the wall—we execute intentionally. You’ll be working inside systems designed to scale, with leaders who know their strengths.
You won’t be alone, but we need someone who can own their role.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for warm inbound leads—people who have already inquired about a specific property. Your job is to respond quickly, listen carefully, guide clearly, and follow up consistently. Every message matters. Every interaction is part of building a buyer relationship that reflects our values—growth, integrity, communication, persistence, and teamwork.
You’ll follow a proven outreach process while using your own voice. You’ll log your conversations accurately and consistently, because you know that details matter. You’ll stay in close communication with the Sales & Operations Manager, who will support you through training, feedback, and clear expectations. As you grow, this role has room to grow with you.
This is not the right fit for someone who wants a script-reading sales gig or a quick income boost. If you resist structure, dislike systems, or avoid documentation, this role will frustrate you. But if you thrive inside well-defined processes, find satisfaction in doing things right the first time, and want to grow long-term in a company that respects your time and potential—you’ll feel right at home here.
What You Need to Bring
You must be friendly, grounded, and brave enough to figure things out. You should be tech-savvy, comfortable working in Google Drive, using CRM’s (Follow Up Boss), Process St, text-based systems, and managing simple follow-ups. You must be able to write clearly and speak comfortably to people from all walks of life. Experience in sales or real estate is helpful—but we’re more interested in mindset and integrity than your resume.
We are not looking for someone who needs full-time income immediately. The foundation is already here—steady sales, strong revenue, and a loyal buyer base. What we need now is someone ready to plug into the process and do the work that creates long-term success. This is a role with real upward potential—especially for someone who understands the power of consistent follow-up, clear systems, and treating people right.
