Responsible for direct patient care in a hospital setting, assessing patient’s and their response to dialysis treatment therapy, communicate directly and collaborate with the Nephrologist and other members of the healthcare team to deliver adequate and effective dialysis treatment, administer medications as prescribed, help with patient emergencies.

Collected basic information, gathered facts about the injury to “paint” a clear picture of how the injury occurred and what the injury entails, then, based on a set algorithm of questions, and gathered enough information about the injury to make a recommendation of care. Provided self-care education instructions, directed employees to facilities for treatment, and offered advice as needed.
