Job Description
Our company is searching for a Personal Executive Assistant who can assist our Founder and Curator in the day to day tasks of her professional life and sometimes personal life. This role requires great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet quick deadlines while juggling multiple projects and requests across the board.

The ideal candidate will be clever, detail-oriented, forward-thinking, organized, and possess the ability to be flexible and change direction flawlessly. You will need to have a great sense of humor, a team attitude, and the ability to respond effectively and efficiently in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the ability to play a leadership role, to manage time efficiently, to provide high performance and professionalism at the executive level, and to proactively solve complex situations.

Manage calendars and scheduling, manage email, produce proposals, work in Salesforce, organize and execute team activities, manage staff meeting agendas, track and help drive projects to completion, coordinate closely with Artists and Vendors, event planning, manage travel, have a knack for technology and the ability to implement new software. Must be motivated to produce results and be a self-starter, schedule personal appointments, schedule client meetings, order supplies and inventory, etc.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience assisting at the executive level

2+ years of experience in a creative field/art world

Bachelor’s degree or 5+years of experience as an administrative assistant. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and car insurance. Impeccable written and oral communication skills.

Must be a problem solver. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, Adobe Photoshop, etc. Event planning experience and willingness to travel important.
