We are looking for our Virtual Administrative Coordinator Extraordinaire who is passionate about e-commerce and social media to join our growing team.
Your role will involve collaborating with graphic artists to create eye-catching creatives, managing customer communications with a personal touch, and leading our Instagram and Pinterest strategies to enhance engagement.
While familiarity with Shopify is a bonus, your willingness to learn and adapt is what truly matters to us

Duties Include ( not limited to)
- Editing, formatting and posting Tik Tok Videos
- Creating and Fine tuning Canva projects
- Customer Relations
- Project Management
- Calendar Management
- Social Media Management ( Tik Tok, Facebook )
Shopify experience not required but would be a BONUS !
Experience with Slack or similar Project Management Software
Hours :
10-15 (with growth opportunities )
