Overview

We are looking for a sales ninja to help grow our outbound sales for our growing Digital Marketing Agency. This person will be responsible for targeting, engaging and creating opportunities with business owners in home service industries (plumbing, hvac, electrical, etc) in order to sell our digital marketing services. This person will receive some lists, but is responsible for researching, prospecting and developing relationships with potential clients in the correct B2B markets.

The ideal person will be a “sales professional” equipped with tried and true scripts, strategies and more to get sales or set appointments. Ideally, we’d like to find someone who can close the sale, but for the right individual, setting appointments and turning those over to our president to close would work.

Pay will be based on experience. Bonus/commission will also be paid on closed sales. This can be part time to full time based on the right candidates availability.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct online research to identify new leads and target accounts.

* Cold Calling daily and tracking results in CRM (ActiveCampaign)

* Foster a great relationship with our current marketing and operations team

Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales and cold calling experience * Strong ability to initiate, establish and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone. * A high level of integrity and strong commitment to building a strong team at a successful company. * Experience with CRM software. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Comfort working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
