Admin assistant needed for busy photo stylist. Duties to include but not limited to; organizing principal’s emails, scheduling photoshoots, managing scheduling spreadsheets, client correspondence including rate sheets and contracts, maintaining contact lists, liaison with independent contractors, updating studio press, ensuring brand cohesion across media, updating website, light social media posts, special projects.

Must be organized, detail oriented and tech savvy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reliable, quick learner who follows up with any questions or loose ends and takes initiative. Looking for roughly 20 hours per week to start. Hours are flexible although preference is given to someone who can review/organize principal's inbox first thing each morning and can answer emails etc within similar time zone (PST).
