Open position – Part Time Virtual Assistant

Looking for a fun & fulfilling freelance position working as the right-hand woman for a growing company serving spiritually conscious, heart-centered clients who are making a significant contribution and impact in the world?

I am looking for someone to grow with me long term.

 

OVERVIEW:

Job Overview:

• Part time (approximately 5-10 hours/week – potential to grow into more based on fit and overall skills and abilities) – Please know that your weekly hours will start as fewer as you demonstrate your excellence and your outstanding and superior skill sets, the hours will expand and you will flourish!
• Work from home; flexible hours but generally available on East Coast Time Zone
• Must be located in the US

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Email management – Manage and oversees all email correspondence and phone correspondence (no outbound marketing, mostly just return customer service and media calls/inquiries).
  • On line event set up via Instant Webinar, Zoom, and/or Skype
  • Calendar management ~ Gmail
  • Appointment scheduling + managing
  • Client care – talking care of support requests from current clients via email and telephone

 

Your Knowledge Base and Qualifications ~ You must be completely fluent in and excel at:

  • Gmail and other Email Service Providers, for expample, Go Daddy
  • Google
  • Mac Mail
  • Grasshopper ~ phone support company
  • Word, Pages
  • Excel, Numbers
  • Key Note Presentations
  • Integration of other on line internet activities and websites related to this kind of work
  • Media Fire, You Send It, Drop Box
  • SEO Activities
  • Constant Contact
  • Instant Teleseminar
  • Zoom
  • Skype
  • Calendar management and scheduling systems such as Google Calendar, Gmail and Time Trade

It would also be great for you to understand and ideally excel at:

  • Word Press
  • Membership ~ Memberful
  • Payment gateways, including credit card processors, merchant accounts and Pay Pal
  • Technical integration of other on line internet activities and websites related to this kind of work

 

POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES – Added later only assuming that the initial Customer Support Services are fulfilled and you want to do more:

Media Promotion, including but not limited to:

  • Cross promotion of You Tube Videos, Facebook Live Videos and Instagram Videos
  • On line media booking opportunities and promotional activities, including radio show interviews, tele-summit interviews, expos and conferences
  • SEO Promotional Activities including the use and application of Search Engine Key Words and article promotions

 

Your Knowledge Base and Qualifications ~ you must understand and be completely fluent in all Social Media Platforms, including:

  • You Tube
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Linked In
  • Twitter
  • Houte Suite (or similar)
