Executive Assistant
Overview
Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and enhance the efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain confidential client information and internal workflow processes.
Liaise with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met. Performs all billing tasks and payment processing.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and reference.
Support the team in planning and executing client events and meetings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
