Overview

We specialize in buying rural, undeveloped land, mainly to be used for investment, RVing, camping, and Tiny homes.

Work less than 10 hours a week, mostly on the phone and various websites doing research. Some calls to the county. Mostly mornings, and a few return calls throughout the day. Research aspect can be done at any time.

You would start out by assisting me in purchasing: returning client emails and phone calls, negotiating prices, and keeping detailed records of the properties.

This assistant function would last a few months while we train you up on the deeper aspects: market pricing, title research and deed creation, county filing.

Once trained, you would take over, soup to nuts, and receive a nice pay raise! Bonuses for effectiveness.

The perfect candidate would be personable on the phone, hyper detail orientated with information, self-motivated to finish tasks, comfortable negotiating, and available to return quick calls at various times (including weekends).
