Overview
Please help me register a trademark for my Massachusetts-based small business. My general goal is to protect my brand and product ideas. To that end, I may also want to file a design patent in the near future, so would like to establish a relationship with someone capable of doing both. I believe I have all documentation required, so looking to find someone to guide me through the process to make it the most efficient possible.
