This is a part-time work from home position where you’ll be returning calls to property owners that have responded to an offer to purchase their property. Past real estate experience preferred but not required; however, you must be eager to learn and teachable. Negotiation skills and experience is strongly preferred.

1-2 hours per day as needed. 70% of time on the phone, along with 30% of time devoted to various lead management activities using our software. You must love talking to people, negotiations and be extremely personable on the phone, and have a strong work ethic with attention to detail.

• $15/hr. for 3–4 hours of training time
• $50 paid for each acquired property after successful transfer has been completed.

• $20 bonuses paid for each $100 negotiated off the initial purchase price.

Candidate Requirements:
• You are warm, friendly and a natural conversationalist that can instantly connect with people.
• You are extremely detail orientated, can manage your time and tasks with precision.
• You are an excellent communicator, patient, persistent, able to speak clearly and accurately.
• You are authentic, trustworthy, and committed to excellence in everything you do.
• You have a positive attitude and are deeply tenacious, even when faced the occasional upset seller.
• You possess the ability to be persuasive as you’ll sometimes need to overcome objections & handle negotiations.
• You are comfortable using online tools and Social Media.
• You are willing to spend 70% of your workday on phone.

Role Requirements:
• Should be comfortable working daily for short spurts of time preferably between 8AM-7PM CST.
• Fluent in English.
• Understanding of Real Estate & Deeds is preferred, but not required.
• You can devote a minimum of 1 Hour per day / 5-6 days a week as needed.
• Equipment: You must have your own phone to make a receive calls (google voice would be fine if you choose) and a stable Internet connection.
• You must have a quiet place to make calls without distractions.
• A real estate license is not required.


This position has growth potential with additional hours based on performance and interest.
