This job is a remote role that interacts with potential buyers for raw land.

Prospect and qualify new sales leads that come through Landmodo and facebook
Interact with prospective clients via social media, supplying information they would like and calling them to action for next steps
Follow up with leads on scheduled timeline
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort

Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.

Looking to expand this role as the business grows to a Sales Manager role that will be commission based with unlimited earning potential.
