Role Overview
The Technology Manager at WWP is responsible of providing outstanding systems customer service for all our internal employees, as the only administrator of our main systems and softwares. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this IT professional has support desk experience and thrives in high growth environments. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Salesforce, Shopify, WordPress, E-mail marketing platforms, Social Media Apps and Schedulers. This “technology fixer” is an expert in IT Troubleshooting in a timely manner and makes sure all our systems are exchanging information. Also, the perfect candidate would be comfortable initiating processes that are not yet in place and proposing new ways to improve efficiency.
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of IT and Administrator/ Support Desk experience
Solid knowledge of Salesforce, Shopify and WordPress
Previous experience working with E-mail marketing platforms, Social Media apps/ Schedulers, G Suite and Google Business platform is preferred
Strong internal IT customer service background
Experience in promoting systems safety practices, as well as proposing more efficient ways to work

Walking with Purpose is a ministry of Jesus that He is using to bring thousands of women into deeper relationship with Him. According to our women's Catholic Bible study participants, our ministry is having a very positive, eternal impact.
We have grown rapidly and see no end in sight as there are millions of women who we believe are searching for Jesus and He is longing to be connected to them. He has blessed us with a great team of people who like each other, work well together, and support one another. We enjoy a business model that is self-sustaining.
Our expectations and plans are to continue our rapid growth. We use donations to the ministry to fund that growth. Donations to WWP are an investment in the future of WWP and its work to reach women and girls across the US with whom we have not yet engaged.
