Are you a tech-savvy, charismatic people-person with a passion for building professional relationships? Our company is seeking a dynamic individual for an account representative. As an Account Representative, you will be the lead point of contact for designated customers with a goal to build, grow, and maintain long-lasting partnerships based on a client’s unique marketing goals. You will be responsible for monitoring marketing performance and then sharing the data story with clients during regularly scheduled meetings. You’ll work with a team to manage opportunities to reach internal and client goals. Your innovative mindset and quick adaptability will be essential as you juggle multiple tasks and accounts, while maintaining sharp attention to detail in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor client’s marketing performance and reports for opportunities for adjustments
  • Meet with clients regularly via virtual meetings to confidently present their data story, discuss performance and opportunities for improvement or account growth
  • Set up and maintain marketing and reporting tools for accounts
  • Work with a team of experts to troubleshoot, problem solve, and innovate new tools for client success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in digital marketing to maintain your status as an expert in your field
  • Adapt to changes and have flexibility to step into other job duties as required
  • Provide excellent customer service and consistently exceed client expectations
  • Identify opportunities for client account growth and upsell opportunities to meet client goals

Requirements

  • A charismatic personality that can confidently present information to clients in both verbal and written form
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools as needed
  • Experience setting up and managing client’s accounts in Google platform tools (Google Analytics, Google Local Services, Google Business Profile, and Google Adwords)
  • Close attention to detail
  • Understanding or ability to learn search and digital marketing dynamics, including organic placement, performance ratings, etc
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Experience with project management and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Required Knowledge

  • Experience working and managing accounts in the following:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Guarantee
  • Google My Business
  • Google Adwords

*Account Managers may need to address a qualified urgent client issue outside of normal working hours.
