Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy independent contractor.
Ideally, we’re looking for an experienced webinar producer located in the United States or Canada who has experience with the GoToWebinar platform or a similar webinar platform. We are a virtual team of producers and all work is done from your home office- you name the blocks of time each day that you are available to work. Your job would be to meet with clients (virtually) for an initial call, host a dry run (for some events) and produce the live event.
While we’d prefer someone with webinar production experience, we are willing to train the right candidate. Training on our specific webinar production process will be provided to all new producers.
This position is about 8-12 hours per week once you are up and running.
Qualifications
Required:
-Available to produce events during the 7 pm Pacific- 5am Pacific time block. (Not all of the work will fall in these hours, but we are looking for coverage overnight to address our APAC clients.)
-Quite place to work- preferably with a door. (kids and pets are ok as long as they are out of earshot while you work)
-Two Windows PCs (Not Mac) connected to internet (dual monitor preferred for one of them)
-USB Headset
-Stable and speedy internet connection
-Smart Phone that allows you to stay connected and responsive while away from your desk
-Tech Savvy
-Customer-service minded
-Ability to multitask
-Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
-Experience in a customer facing role
-Experience with GoToWebinar or strong initiative to learn
