We are looking for well-qualified candidates to assist mental health practices virtually across the U.S. The qualified individual will assist practices with virtual reception, scheduling, as well as other administrative functions. Work from home position! MUST BE A RESIDENT OF PENNSYLVANIA.

 

Job Responsibilities (will vary depending on the practice):

Matching potential clients with therapists and scheduling appointments using practice EMR software.

Helping clients with insurance issues.

Assist with marketing (Facebook, newsletter, etc.)

Responding to online inquiries regarding therapy services.

Qualifications

At least two years experience in an administrative role.

Minimum of HS diploma.

A designated quiet home office space.

Smartphone.

PC or Mac with current virus software.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

High-speed internet access.

Past work experience in mental health and/or healthcare settings is REQUIRED.

Available during normal business hours Monday-Friday. Hours may differ depending on the time zone the practice is in.
