Overview
We are the industry leading rental property management and tenant screening software for independent landlords in the United States. We also provide landlords and property managers with a full suite of features like an income & expense ledger, a digital rental and lease application manager, and syndicated rental vacancy advertising to the Zillow Group and VerticalRent’s RoommateFinder.
We are expanding our customer support team to support the upcoming launch of RoommateFinder. In this role, you will handle back office support tasks like verifying and validating photo identities, answering customer inquiries about how to use our software, and interacting via live chat with prospective customers that visit our website. You will also be expected to assist customers 1:1 when they experience issues navigating the software over the phone.
As an added bonus, if you have a real estate background and are comfortable writing/authoring articles, you can establish yourself as a blogger for VerticalRent. The requirements for this position include:

– Desire to Learn and Grow. Since 2011, we have grown to become the nation’s leading rental property management and tenant screening software for Landlords. We are looking for individuals that want to grow with VerticalRent over the long-term. You will be required to undergo Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) training & certification.
– Great Communication Skills. You will be interfacing with Landlords and Renters across the United States through our ZenDesk ticketing system. You’ll be answering questions both in writing and over the phone.
