Overview

  • Quickly and efficiently diagnose problems with ad campaigns through audit procedure.
  • Develop and execute strategies to accomplish both short-term and long-term growth objectives and KPIs.
  • Build and optimize PPC campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads multiple times a week to achieve favorable outcomes in short time frames. TikTok advertising ability is a plus.
  • Ensure CPL and Budgets are being upheld.
  • Generate unique, relevant content that communicates with clients’ target audiences effectively.
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly internal team and client meetings where results are communicated in a simple manner and clear direction and oversight are shared.
  • Work collaboratively and exchange ideas as part of a strategic team to exceed KPIs.
  • Execute on new ideas, strategies, and deliverables promptly.
  • Utilize various reporting systems to identify additional opportunities for increased sales and leads.
  • (Big plus if you have eCom experience): Maintain 350%+ ROI for multiple eCom stores with Google Shopping Ads

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 5 years experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics • Preferred minimum 3 years experience with Facebook Ads • Preferred minimum 5 years experience with Google Shopping • Marketing degree or commensurate experience required. • Agency experience preferred. • Strong track record of success in helping clients achieve their marketing goals through paid channels in as little as a few weeks. • Demonstrate ability to identify opportunities and discover weaknesses in campaigns and strategies. • Proven long-term track record of yielding favorable results on Google and Facebook Ads with monthly budgets between $5K-100K. • If Google Shopping experience, track record showing ROI levels between 400-800% on Google Shopping • Strong performance history with lead gen strategies on Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram. • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Display, Search, Shopping) and Facebook Ads. • Preferred experience with shopping platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce. • Analytically minded and detail oriented. • Curiosity to explore new ways of increasing profitability for clients. • Must be a self-starter and able to hold yourself to the highest standard of integrity. • Ability to manage a project/campaign from concept to completion without needing a large amount of instruction. • Regularly accesses resources that will help you stay informed and make sound decisions relating to marketing campaigns.
