Overview

This job requires access to a computer, along with high bandwidth internet.  You will be given access and have your own login to our proprietary internet platform.  You will be working with our end clients (real estate investors) requesting documentation, and coordinating real estate closings with title companies and our end clients.  No License is required.  You will be dealing and working with investors only.  You will have two to four weeks of daily training and one-on-one mentoring on the platform and the companies process before you are expected to handle future tasks by yourself.  You will also be given an instruction manual over the companies processes and procedures.

This is a per project job yet may transition into a hourly or salary rate if the contractor wishes at a later date.  This is part-time, and the hours dedicated to each transaction will be no more than 8-10 spread out over 2 weeks.  you will be paid as soon as the job begins for each project.

You will be given a headset and a work number that you will access through the computer.  You will not have to use your personal phone.  You will be provided an email address specific to the company as well.

If you are local to the Tampa Bay, Florida area we would greatly appreciate being able to meet with you face to face, however, the position is remote, so you will not be required to work onsite.

We are a Hard Money Lender based out of Tampa FL.  We ONLY loan money to real estate investors who are purchasing properties conducting construction or wholesaling the property to other investors.  We are a small boutique firm that is growing and looking for ways to positively impact our local community and the greater Central FL area.

Qualifications

Real estate experience preferably with transaction coordinating. Ability to conduct basic research on existing documentation and extract pertinent information. Understanding of basic computer skills and how to operate software. Willingness to learn new software and be able to apply the software to your working repertoire.
