Overview
We’re a woman-founded, woman-owned beauty startup seeking a U.S.- based virtual assistant for 10 hours a month.
We’re advocates for diversity and the golden rule, with each other and our customers.
The types of activities you’ll perform include (but not limited to):
- Creating purchase orders
- Writing up wholesale orders
- Monitoring two Inboxes for inquiries and wholesale orders
- Communicating with vendors on orders, deliveries and other matters
- Answering customers inquiries about delivery status and checking tracking numbers
- Creating a monthly invoice
- Assisting Founder/CEO with other administrative tasks that may arise
Attention to detail, responsiveness, communication skills, valuing our customers, and positive attitude are musts to thrive with us. Must be available 9am-to 5pm EST regardless of timezone you reside in.

Qualifications
Background in manufacturing or logistics is preferred. Must be skilled in Microsoft Outlook/Office365, Trello and Google Drive
