Sales Assistant and CRM Manager

We’re an Amazon sales management company looking for a savvy, detail-oriented assistant with excellent communication skills to work with our growing sales team.

Job Functions:

Operations 

  • CRM Management (Pipedrive)
  • Client Communication
  • Client Presentations & Documents

Scheduling 

  • Inbound Phone Calls
  • Calendar Management
  • Inbox Management

We’re looking for someone who is excited to learn more about the Amazon sales business and with a fast moving company! You should be comfortable managing multiple projects at once and while making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Task List 

● Client-specific task list to make sure all parts of the sales process are being completed accurately and on time.

● Store in Pipedrive to serve as a reference for the sales team.

Create Weekly Report

● Report template to log client-specific issues and general impediments.

● Weekly report replaces excessive emails, large documents, and folders.

● The Head of Sales reviews and troubleshoots 1 – 2 times a week.
